IMPORTANT UPDATES REGARDING DONOR ELIGIBILITY
Beginning July 27, 2026, in response to the current Ebola disease outbreak in select African countries and in accordance with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidance, five (5) additional questions have been added to the end of the donor history questionnaire to help determine donor eligibility.
