WHAT ARE DIGITAL BADGES?
Digital badges are fun, collectible rewards that mark your donor milestones—like giving on a holiday, hitting a donation streak, or reaching a new personal best. They don’t come with points or prizes, just pure bragging rights and the satisfaction of knowing your impact is growing.
You’ll see your badges displayed proudly in your Hoxworth Donor Portal and in the Hoxworth Mobile App.
HOW IT WORKS
- Donate Blood or Platelets — Special dates & milestones earn badges.
- Earn Automatically — Badges are awarded 24 hours after your qualifying donation.
- Track Your Progress — Log into your Donor Portal to view badges you’ve earned and see which ones are next to unlock.
Some badges can be earned more than once—collect them again and again as you continue donating!

Donors can only see badges in the app after they’ve earned one. Once a donor earns a badge, the Badges card will appear in the mobile app.

- On the Web - Log in to your Donor Portal and check your dashboard.
- In the App: Open the Hoxworth Mobile App and check your dashboard or tap “Badges” in the menu.
