Ticket Raffle
October 22 - November 3, 2007Donate blood or platelets at any Hoxworth blood center or blood drive between October 22 - November 3, 2007 and all donors will be automatically entered into a raffle to win two (2) tickets and a parking pass to all the 2007-08 Xavier men's home basketball games. No registration or entry forms are necessary to win. Your donation is your entry. One donor will be picked at random and will be contacted by Hoxworth after November 3, 2007. For more information about the Xavier Musketeers and the 2007 men’s basketball schedule visit: www.goxavier.com How to donate: Please call (513) 451-0910 or (800) 830-1091 or email hoxapctr@ucmail.uc.edu to schedule an appointment to donate at any of Hoxworth’s donor centers or community blood drives. Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Donating blood is safe and easy. You must be at least 17 years old and in good health. You must weigh at least 110 pounds and bring identification to donate. It is recommended that donors eat a good meal and drink plenty of water within four hours before donating. About Hoxworth: Hoxworth Blood Center, University of Cincinnati Medical Center needs to collect blood from 350 blood donors and 40 platelet donors each day to keep up with the needs of tri-state patients. Hoxworth, founded in 1938, serves 28 hospitals in 17 counties in Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana.
