The Second
Chance - The Movie
Same faith. Same city.
Different worlds. The Second Chance is a film about two men - one from a white church in the well-to-do suburbs and one from a black church in the inner-city projects. Although founded by the same man, each church manifests its mission in a very different way. This film authentically tells the story of how a rebellious son and a street-smart pastor struggle to bridge the gap between their respective churches and cultures. More importantly, at its core, The Second Chance is about being willing to step outside your comfort zone and serve where you are called. official movie site..>>
WAKW 93.3 FM Christian Radio
For 24-hours a day, seven
days a week the staff of WAKW 93.3 is
busy serving its listeners, producing programs, playing music, and
providing an outlet for Biblically-based teachers. In the middle of all
our labors, though, we pray that we never lose sight of our primary
mission, to lift high the name of Jesus Christ and give witness to the
"new life" that can be found in Him. Knowing Jesus Christ is the most
important thing.
