Rebecca Bennett Blood Drives
Two year old Rebecca Bennett has recently been diagnosed with leukemia and needs extensive blood transfusions as part of her treatment at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
Family, friends and
co-workers have organized a series of blood drives to make it
convenient for people to donate to help Rebecca and the hundreds
of other area patients who are in need of blood transfusions.
Rebecca is the
daughter of Michael Bennett (a Pierce Twp. police lieutenant)
and Kristin Bennett (former Hoxworth employee).
Please use the
code "926" when donating. Hoxworth will track all donations
and will let her family know just how many people gave "the gift
of life" in honor of Rebecca.
Appointments are encouraged at all
drives, but walk-in
donors will be taken on a
first-come, first-served basis.
