Punches For Platelets Donor Frequency Program
 
 
Hoxworth is pleased to announce a frequency and incentive program for our valued platelet donors called Punches for Platelets.
 
Here's how it works:
After January 2, 2008 each time you visit us to donate you will receive a punch. Your punches will be tracked by your donor ID number. Each 4th platelet donation will earn you a gift.
  • 4th punch - Travel Alarm Clock
  • 8th punch - Light up Glass
  • 12th punch - Organizer
  • 16th punch - Fleece Blanket
