Platelet donations begin at 7:00am and whole blood donations begin at 7:30am.

The downtown neighborhood donor center is located at 432 Walnut Street, which is located between Fourth and Fifth Streets. The center is on the second floor of the Tri-State Building on the corner of Fifth and Walnut Streets in downtown Cincinnati.
